All sold ones removed from this post 25th April.
This post includes all of the previous minerals that did not sell, now heavily discounted by at least 50%, many much more, and some free to a good home!
Also, while they last, lots of 10 boxed thumbnail-sized specimens from Mount Gunson, South Australia (photo), random selection, available for FREE (just pay postage). Multiples available. One lot per please. Specimens will mostly have chalcocite or bornite, with other sulphides including sphalerite (some bright orange fluorescence - very characteristic), chalcopyrite, covellite, etc in brecciated sandstone. Many specimens also have quartz crystals. Chalcocite and bornite were the main copper ore minerals mined at Mount Gunson. There are less common species that occur here but they may be difficult or impossible to identify visually. These include digenite, djurleite and wittichenite. A small number are labelled as having enargite. I don’t believe that there is any.
